Orange cupcakes

For Mothers Day we decided that it was nice to organize a picnic for her. So there were salad, cookies etc. And I made Orange cupcakes. Here's the recipe.

First mix 125 gr. of sugar with 125 gr. butter. Then at two eggs like on the picture and mix again.

It must look like this after that:

At 125 gr. of self-rising flour.

After that I added some orange extract. 

I bought this one when I was on vacation there in the supermarket.

Mix everything again. Fill the backing forms. 17 minutes in the oven (180°C).

And you'r ready :) 

Decoration tip

To decorate the cupcakes I mixed clotted cream, mascapone and some sugar. As finishing touch I used a little piece of orange. Good luck!
